Frame and Wheel is auctioning a pair of Velocity Deep V rims on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The rims are from an independent bicycle dealer’s inventory of wheel goods. The rims have never been built up. They have been in storage. The IBD is selling the rims because they are no longer needed.
