Frame and Wheel is offering a Trek 5.2 Madone frame set on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The frame was obtained new. It was never ridden. The bike was parted out and the frame set has been in storage. It has had only one owner. The owner is selling because he does not need it. The frame set features Bontrager Race X Lite carbon front fork and English thread bottom bracket. The frame features cut away seat post, aero down tube, external cup head tube bore, braze-on front derailleur hanger, metallic grey finish and the specter of Lance Armstrong. The frame set as shown weighs 4 pounds 3 ounce (1.9 kg). The frame serial number reads WL3405149. The front fork serial number reads 230279. The frame set is in very good condition. It is clean and ready for build. There are no bends, bulges or cracks that raise concerns about the structural integrity of the frame. The rear triangle is in alignment with the centerline of the frame. The rear derailleur hanger is undamaged. There are no obstructions in the brake cable openings. There is no corrosion in the water bottle bolt holes. The bottom bracket shell is not damaged.  The bottom bracket threads are not stripped or corroded. The front derailleur hanger is not damaged and it is attached securely. There are no cracks, bulges, discoloration, flexing or flaking that raise concerns about the structural integrity of the front fork. The crown race is not damaged. The seat clamp works properly. There is corrosion around the cable guides on the top tube. There is wear on the inside and outside surfaces of the chain stays. There is wear on the head tube. There is wear and corrosion on the bottom of the bottom bracket. There is corrosion around the water bottle mounts. There is wear on the drop outs. The seat collar bolt is missing.

11-speed conversion
