Frame and Wheel is auctioning a 2012 Ultramotor A2B Metro electric bicycle on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The bicycle was purchased new in May 2012 by a bicycle rental company in Belfast, Maine. The bicycle was used by bicycle rental customers fifteen to twenty times. It was used during the summer and during fair weather only. It has 267 miles of use. It was never crashed. It was professionally maintained. It was stored indoors. The bike rental company is selling the bicycle because it no longer needs the bicycle. The bicycle has been in storage since the end of summer. The bicycle is in very good condition. It is clean and ready to ride. The electric motor produces power properly. The front and rear lights work. The ignition works properly. The digital speedometer shows speed clearly and accurately. The speedometer screen is not cracked or scratched. The battery charge levels are displayed accurately. The battery charger pin connections are not damaged or corroded. The battery recharges. The front suspension fork works properly. The rear suspension works properly. The gears shift smoothly in all seven gears. The brakes work very effectively. The mud guards are attached securely and do not rub on the wheels. The cable housing is undamaged and attached securely. The electric wiring cables are secured firmly and undamaged. The seat post binder bolts adjust properly and are not stripped. The wheels are true. The spokes are straight and tight. There are no dents or bends in the rims. There are no cracks in the hub flanges. There are no dents, bends or bulges that raise concerns about the structural integrity of the frame or fork. The new owner will be very pleased with the cushy ride, the forgiving gearing and the electric motor’s ability to provide enough power to make climbing hills a very easy task. The A2B Metro’s voice smacks of urban cool and will no doubt attract plenty of interest and compliments from pedestrians, cyclists and perhaps motorcyclists too.
