Frame and Wheel is auctioning a Zipp 202 wheel set on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The wheels are from an independent bicycle dealer’s inventory of wheel goods. The wheels are new. They have been on display. The have never been used. A cassette has never been installed. The rims have never been glued. The wheels feature carbon rim and shell, ABLC dimpled rim shell surfaces, Zipp 88 front hub and Zipp 188 rear hub, 32 mm rim depth, 23 mm rim width, 18 (F) / 24 (R) spoke count, adjustable hubs, Zipp stainless steel skewers, Beyond Black lettering, original instruction booklet, Zipp valve extenders, light weight and Zipp cool. Review of condition
The wheels are in excellent condition. They are clean and they are ready to ride. The hubs spin smoothly and freely. The spokes are tight and straight. The rims are round and the wheels are true. There is no wear on the braking surfaces of the rims. There is no lateral or vertical variation in the rims when placed in a truing stand. There are no cracks, flexing or flaking in the carbon rim or the carbon shell. There are no notches in the free hub body splines from a cassette. There are no cracks in the hub bodies. There is no play in the hubs. There are no cracks in the flanges of the hubs. There is no corrosion on the spokes, the nipples or on the skewers. The stickers are not peeling off. The skewers are straight and complete. Frame and Wheel notes that there is a 5 mm x 5 mm abrasion on one of the non drive side Zipp stickers.
