Frame and Wheel is offering a Mavic Cosmic Carbone Premium wheel set on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The wheels were purchased new. They have had only one owner. They were raced twice and then placed in storage. The wheels feature aluminum clincher rims, carbon shell, steel aero spokes, 16/20 spoke count (F/R), 52 mm rim depth, 19 mm rim width, Mavic hubs, Mavic skewers, Shimano free hub body that is compatible with 10-speed with spacer and 11-speed (without spacer), aero design and Mavic provenance. Review of condition
The wheels are in very good condition. They are clean and ready to ride. The wheels show less than 0.5 mm variation when placed in a truing stand. The wheels are round. There are no cracks, holes or flaking in the carbon shell. There are no notches in the free hub body splines from a cassette. There are no cracks in the hub bodies. There are no cracks in the flanges of the hubs. There is no corrosion on the spokes, the nipples or on the skewers. The stickers are not peeling off. The skewers are straight and complete. The spokes are tight. The hubs spin smoothly. The flanges are not cracked. Frame and Wheel notes the following. The braking surfaces of the rims show light wear. A highly functional set of aero clincher rims for training and competition showing immaterial signs of wear.
