The seller may choose to sell an item using the reserve price auction. If the item does not sell, and the seller would like to re-list the item, it must be re-listed as a no-reserve auction. If the seller does not want to do this, the seller may take the item back and pay the $150.00 cancellation fee.
Why does Frame and Wheel include a PAAS charge?
Frame and Wheel is a corporation that employs its founder and shareholder, Fred Thomas. The PAAS charge compensates Mr. Thomas for the time and effort related to originating images of the item, describing the item, packing the item and paying for packaging material among other expenses. It also motivates Mr. Thomas to accurately describe the item and to ship it quickly and safely so that the buyer is happy. Frame and Wheel’s mission is to provide excellent value and service to its customers using the eBay infrastructure. Frame and Wheel also seeks to generate a profit and to sustain the job it has created for Mr. Thomas.
Combined shipping
Frame and Wheel will combine shipping. However, the Product Analysis and Service charge will still be applied for each item
Local pick up
Local pick up requires time and planning and it is not always faster than using a shipping service. Frame and Wheel does not offer local pick up for these reasons and because items are packaged before the auction is complete and are therefore ready to ship as soon as the buyer pays. Frame and Wheel will provide local pick up service if the buyer is willing to pay the Product Analysis and Service charge and a delivery charge. Frame and Wheel can meet a buyer at their place of work or the University of Southern Maine Woodbury Student Center for local pick up.
Returns
Frame and Wheel tries hard to produce accurate and correct product descriptions and offers a full refund for items that are described inaccurately or incorrectly. Frame and Wheel offers a full refund on items that are the wrong size or color subject to a 20% restocking fee. Frame and Wheel is reasonable and human. Please contact Frame and Wheel about any problems or concerns before issuing a negative rating. Frame and Wheel is a real company and is serious about customer satisfaction.
Damaged items
If you feel that an item has been damaged in transit or is damaged in some way, please contact Frame and Wheel as soon as possible so that a resolution can be worked out. Please provide pictures.
Unsold items or items that sell for below cost of listing and shipping
The seller pays cost plus even if the item sells for an amount that is less than the cost of listing and shipping the item. If the item does not sell, the seller pays the cost of listing the item.
