Shimano Ultegra FD-6500 front derailleur clamp on 28.6 mm double
Frame and Wheel is auctioning a Shimano Ultegra FD-6500 front derailleur double on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The derailleur has been in storage and is being sold because the owner is clearing out his basement of cycling equipment. The derailleur is clamp on (26.6 mm diameter) bottom pull and is designed for a double crank set. The derailleur is in good condition. It is clean and it works properly. The chain guide is straight. The clamp bolt and the cable fixing bolts are not missing. The limit screws are work properly and are not stripped. Frame and Wheel notes that there is corrosion on the clamp and the body of the derailleur. The item is being sold as is. A perfectly good front derailleur that has a fine future on a steel road bike or a cyclocross bike.
