Review of condition

The rear triangle is 4.0 mm left of center (the width of three pennies). There is a 10 mm x 60 mm area of corrosion on the drive side top tube. There is corrosion around the cable guides on the top tube. There is wear on the inside and outside surfaces of the chain stays. There is wear on the head tube. There is wear and corrosion on the bottom of the bottom bracket. There is corrosion around the water bottle mounts. There is wear on the drop outs. The seat collar bolt is missing.
