Frame and Wheel retained the services of Volk Packaging Corporation to originate a shipping box for carbon fiber frames. These double walled corrugated boxes are made from virgin pulp fibers (275# test) and feature an inner liner and a seat that supports the frame. They are large enough to accommodate a road frame that has a seat post of 62 cm, but small enough to meet the measurement requirements of the United States Postal Service. This means that frames can be shipped economically to international and domestic buyers using USPS Priority Mail services. They also meet Fed Ex and UPS domestic measurement requirements.
