Frame and Wheel is auctioning a Shimano 105 compact crank set on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The crank set was switched out of a road bike in 2010 and placed in storage. It has never been used. The crank set features Shimano Hollowtech  II technology, 165 crank arms and compact gearing. The owner is selling the cranks because he does not need them and he is clearing out his basement of cycling equipment. The crank set is in very good condition. It is clean and shows no wear. The chain rings are not bent and the teeth are not chipped or broken.  All the chain ring bolts and crank arm bolts and washers are included. The plate and the O-ring is included. The bolt holes for the pedals and the crank arms are not stripped. The splines are not stripped or damaged. There is no corrosion anywhere on the crank set. Frame and Wheel notes the following. The crank arm fixing bolt is not included. Compact cranks are like air conditioning: once you try them you rarely go back. These cranks are effectively new and will be very useful to have as a primary crank set or as a back up for mountainous stage races. A rare and excellent opportunity.
