Frame and Wheel eBay selling services completes 100 transactions

Frame and Wheel recently completed 100 selling transactions on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. Feedback is 100% positive and Frame and Wheel is very pleased with this result. Frame and Wheel believes that the reason for the positive feedback is as follows: 1) The item is always described in great detail. Frame and Wheel will write extensively about the item and create as many as 100 images of the item. Frame and Wheel cleans the item and during that process actively seeks out blemishes or faults that will disappoint the buyer or affect the value of the item.  2) Frame and Wheel ships in one business day. This means that the item is already packaged and the costs are known before the auction starts. 3) Frame and Wheel carefully packages the item. Frame and Wheel wraps entire bicycles and frames in bubble wrap and carefully packages them in strong boxes. Frame and Wheel uses new custom made boxes for high value carbon frames. 4) Frame and Wheel communicates with the buyer. This means promptly responding to shipping and technical questions. 5) Finally, Frame and Wheel almost always uses a no reserve auction or an auction with a reasonable reserve price. eBay buyers seem to prefer the value opportunity created by an auction and they do not seem to react favorably to a price dictated by the seller. Frame and Wheel notes that two transactions were complex, but in both cases, Frame and Wheel resolved the issue by working out the problem with the buyer. Frame and Wheel also appreciates that no one is perfect and that to keep a 100% positive rating will be hard over the long term. Nevertheless, Frame and Wheel will do what it can to keep both its buyers and sellers satisfied with the service. Frame and Wheel thanks its buyers and sellers for their business so far and looks forward to helping cyclists and IBD turn unused cycling equipment into cash.
