Frame and Wheel is auctioning a pair of Zipp Tangente tubular tires on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The tires were glued on to a pair of time trial wheels wheels. The tires were removed when the wheels were sold. The tires have very low mileage. The owner is selling the tires because he no longer uses tubular tires. The tires feature Zipp’s ABLC dimple surface for improved aerodynamics, cornering and braking and Vittoria’s construction. The tires are in very good condition. The tread is not worn. There are no cuts in the tread or cracks in the sidewall. The base tape is not peeling away from the tire. The valve stem is secured firmly and not leaking. The tires hold pressure. There is not excessive layers of glue on the base tape. Frame and Wheel notes the following. There is a 1 x 2 mm nick in the tread on one of the tires. The valve stem is the traditional Vittoria design. A very lightly used pair of time trial tubulars available at an excellent valuation.
