The handle bars are in fair condition. There is a 2 x 60 mm abrasion on the top right of the bar and a 10 x 10 mm flaking on the right side of the bar, indicating that the handle bars were crashed. Potential buyers should examine the images closely and see if this handle bar is suitable for them. The handlebars might have few more years on a bicycle that is either stationary, for display purposes or gently used.

The bars were installed and used for about 100 miles before being returned and switched out. The bars feature internal cabling and zero drop. They are in good condition. They are clean and show very light signs of wear. They are no bends in the bars. There is no corrosion. There is no adhesive remaining from old bar tape. Frame and Wheel notes the following. There is a 20 mm x 20 mm area on the left end of the bar that sows wear. There is a 5 mm x 10 mm area of wear on the right end of the bas bar. The center shows light wear from the stem clamp. Frame and Wheel is auctioning a pair of Shimano Dura-Ace ST-7801 dual control levers on the Frame and Wheel eBay Store. The levers were switched out and left with an IBD by a customer. The dual control levers have about 3,000 miles of use. The levers are in good condition. They are clean and they shift up and down properly. The brake lever spring is strong. The hoods are mounted properly and  snugly. There is no corrosion in the mechanism. Frame and Wheel notes the following. There is a 5 x 60 mm scratch on the left shifter, a 2 x 20 mm scratch on the left hood and a 2 x 30 mm scratch on the lever end from a crash. The IBD said that that the customer believed that the left hand shifter did not shift smoothly. Frame and Wheel cannot reconcile this comment with the performance of the left shifter which seems to shift quite normally. A used but perfectly fine pair of dual control lever that will do very well on a cyclocross bike or as an upgrade on a road bike.
